World Steak Challenge Win!

Wow, what a month October’s been! We received international news from London of GOLD and SILVER standard awards for our highly marbled Black Market and Black Onyx beef products.

“The World Steak Challenge is a newly minted, international competition with the best of the best competing head to head. There were 70 steaks entered into the competition, representing 10 different beef producing nations. Out of these, 17 entries achieved a Silver standard, and 11 entries won Gold.

Our very own Black Onyx Beef was awarded silver standard and was the only Australian product to achieve this level. The prestigious Gold standard award went to our coveted MB5+ Black Market brand. Both of our brands are 100 % pure Angus, highly marbled beef that were incredibly proud of. These awards mean so much to our whole team. But equally, if not more, the feedback we get from you, the people who cook, eat and sell our product. Thanks for your constant support.
