OUTSIDE TOPSIDE - TOPSIDE

The Topside is situated in the hindquarter and removed by following the natural seam between the Knuckle and the Outside. It's a very lean and high yielding cut that can be used in a range of applications such as a roasts, schnitzels and mince.
